Practice note
Quality is a review habit, not a claim in a data table. A short checklist makes good judgment repeatable.
A useful list is not the longest list. It is the list your next workflow can trust without a second research project.
Start with the record itself. Name, current title, company, company domain, location, and the contact details your workflow needs should be easy to scan. If a field is not used by the next person or system, it should not distract from the review.
Check title relevance in context. "Founder" can mean an active operator, an advisor, or a historical title. Look for the company and role combination, not just a keyword match. Do the same with company size, industry, and region.
Look for duplicate patterns before exporting. The same person may appear under more than one company record, or multiple contacts may share the same role at a small company. Decide whether you want one champion, a buying group, or a broader research set.
Keep the search criteria beside the export. A CSV is much more useful when the next person can see why the contacts were included, when the list was created, and what should happen next.
