Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, login identifiers, and authentication events.
- Product activity such as submitted filters, requested quantities, credit transactions, request status, and downloaded files.
- Billing records such as plan, payment status, amount, currency, and provider identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Dodo Payments and are not stored by ContactYard.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate, diagnose, and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, fulfill lead-list requests, reserve and refund credits, process subscriptions, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve service reliability. We do not sell account information.
Service providers
ContactYard uses Supabase for authentication, operational records, and private file storage; Dodo Payments for checkout and subscription processing; Resend for transactional email; and Payload CMS for public editorial content. Each provider processes information needed for its role under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Contact data and uploaded files
Request criteria, delivered previews, and CSV files are treated as private account data. Access is restricted to the owning customer and authorized administrators. Customers are responsible for using delivered data lawfully, honoring opt-outs, and applying relevant consent and suppression requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, private storage, row-level database policies, and verified payment webhooks, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update profile information, reset your password, cancel a subscription for the end of its billing period, and ask about access, correction, or deletion rights that apply in your location. Some billing or audit records may need to be retained.
